Carved emerald and diamond pendant, circa 1925. PLATINUM, DIAMOND, EMERALD PRICE: £45,000 DESCRIPTION Carved emerald and diamond pendant. Set with a hexagonal natural Colombian emerald plaque carved with a stylised floral motif in a open back rubover setting, suspended from twenty one round eight cut diamonds, in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats, further adorned with a single rectangular baguette cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.50 carats, to an impressive Art Deco design featuring millegrain edges, a linear pierced gallery and fancy shape open back holing, fitted to top with a fine trace chain with secure C-clasp and additional safety chain, pendant approximately 5.5cm in length, chain approximately 16" in length. Tested platinum, chain tested white gold, circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5785-2397.
