FOR SELLERS (SELLERS)

To participate in posting products/services on the Lislux website, Sellers need to comply with the following process:

I. Prepare Information & Documents:

• Business registration license (if any).

• Documents proving legal products (quality certificate, origin...).

• Contact information of the representative of the Enterprise or Individual posting.

• Payment method or bank account information.

II. Register Account:

Step 02: Select the Account item (Figure 1) or select the "Login" button (Figure 2)

Step 03: Select "Register Now" or register with Your Gmail Account (Select the "Gmail" icon)

Step 04: Fill in Personal information or Business representatives and Select "Register".

Step 05: Verify your account via email (You will receive an email notification as shown in the picture). Select "Cerify Email Address".

Congratulations on successfully registering your account!

III. Update Personal / Business Page Information:

After successful registration, the Seller needs to complete the following information:

Step 03: Select the username to go to the user's "Personal Page" (Figure 1). Upload logo and avatar. (Figures 2 & 3)

After updating information and successfully authenticating, you can start posting.

IV. Posting Products/Services:

Step 02: Choose the right category for the products/services. Add products/services attributes.

Step 03: Provide name, detailed description, selling price and quantity. Upload high-quality product images, in accordance with standards. (Figure 3 & 4)

V. Post Management and Customer Care:

• Check notifications when there is an approved post message or a message from the Buyer.

• Prepare products/services.

• Choose an associated shipping unit or ship by yourself.

• Confirm delivery and follow up.

• Evaluate sales efficiency through the website's reporting tools.

• Interact with customers through messages or comments, answer questions and support after sales.

VI. Policies and Regulations:

Sellers need to comply with the posting regulations of Lislux website about:

Regulations on the authenticity of the Seller's information.
Regulations on the quality of the Seller's products/services.
Regulations on the selling price of the Seller's products/services.
Regulations on delivery policy and cancellation policy (If any)
Regulations on warranty policy after purchasing products or using services. (If any)
Commit to resolving disputes (if any) with Buyers in the spirit of cooperation and respect.
